the thrusters were okay at the beginning but got harder has i went on. working my shoulders made them feel better. the taters were pretty good, i felt them in my thighs (15lbs). i did the pushups on my knees and got pretty low to the ground, but i still felt them. the hollow rocks were hard because my abs were sore already and i don’t like them. the skips were like a relief but i kept whipping myself. for the finisher, i did the lunges with 10lbs weights and felt okay, burned in my thighs. i did the pull ups with the thick green band and did them all at once, i’ll use a harder band next time because they were too easy. i don’t like slam balls but they felt okay. i did the wall balls last so they were tough because i was tired.
