i did 4 reps of the work out in order to have time for the finisher. i jumped for 2/4 box jumps, then stepped the others. the push-press (25 bar) made me tired and was harder every time, plus my shoulders were already sore. the deadlifts were okay, we just used the 45 bar so we had to go low, my back was sore the next day. i didn’t get get to finish the finisher, but i did the skips, wall balls, sit ups and lunges.
